I had Ben come out to do a furnace review. He was wonderful and professional. I feel I'm in a better position than when I started. I'm so excited to get a new furnace and air filtration system. Allergies and asthma with dogs and cats. I should be much better off. Thank you so much.

George was very personable, and provided us with lots of information for us to utilize to make our furnace system work to its optimum performance. George also performed our system's regularly scheduled maintenance very effectively. We have the upmost confidence in George's expertise. Fix-it 24/7 is great!

I love these guys! Tried them through a Tom Martino special and they pretty much knocked my socks off. I was worried because of the age of my furnace and turns out I had good reason to be. Shane was extremely knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to save it, but in the end he called in Benjamin Bowen, who led me gently through my options and what would be best for me. I know all salesmen say the same kinds of things, but Ben treated me like his mother. No pressure, just common sense advice and I am grateful that he listened to what I needed, not what he might have liked to sell me. I am also getting a new hot water heater so will write another review after both have been installed. Tomorrow! Can't get better service than that.

Fix-it 24/7 was extremely helpful with our needs! They were quick to come out on Christmas Eve and saved us tons of money in comparison to any other plumbing service. Shane was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything and make sure we understood the issues and what needed to be done to fix it. He gave us all of our options and he didn't try to sell us anything; he just genuinely wanted to help.

Steve was able to come earlier to service my furnace and was very personable and professional. He explained everything he would be doing and was very meticulous. I also appreciated his honesty and not being told I needed some additional unnecessary service or part. I would definitely use Fix-it again and recommend them to my friends. The girls on the phone in the office are also super friendly and helpful!
