Furnace Repair vs. Furnace Replacement

The customer came to Fix-It 24/7 because their furnace had some exhaust and air flow issues. It had exhaust & ventilations leaks, bad ventilation, and had 20+ years of wear and tear. When Fix-It 24/7 was dispatched to the home in Brighton we diagnosed the issue with the furnace.
It was not moving the air efficiently due to improper installation years ago. The customer decided to replace their 20+ year old furnace so they didn’t have to worry about any more issues. At the same time they are looking forward to more energy savings during the cold Denver winter.
